Upper Valley Healthy Eating Active Living Partnership

Can you help us add to this list of resources for Healthy Eating and Active Living resources in Lyme?  Please send us your information you have, and photos of parks, trails, farmers' markets and other great resources that you would like to share, to help us build a more comprehensive community resource list.

 

  • Lyme Recreation Department

    Check the Lyme Recreation Commission Web Listing for current offerings / times/locations. Offerings include:
    • Youth Basketball (boys and girls, starts November)
    • Youth Baseball
    • Youth Soccer (boys and girls, fall)
    • Youth Softball
    • Youth Lacrosse
    • Downhill Skiing, Snowboarding, Cross-Country Skiing
    • Summer Youth Day Program - Pond Program (for Children entering grades K through 8).  Includes arts, crafts, swim lessons and sports.
    • Summer Youth Play Soccer Camps
    • Adult Pilates, Tai Chi, Yoga
    • Adult Team Softball (Wednesdays, Saturday evenings)
    • Adult Women's Open Tennis
    • Chase Beach:  Swimming and playground .  Lifeguards on duty from Mid-June through August 10am-5pm 7 days per week.


  • Playgrounds and Recreation Areas in Lyme

    • Chase Beach:  Swimming and playground .  Lifeguards on duty from Mid-June through August 10am-5pm 7 days per week.
    • Lyme Elementary School: elementary age playground, playing fields.


  • Dartmouth Skiway

    Downhill skiing. Ski lessons taught through the Ford Sayre Ski Program.
