Enfield Shaker Museum is offering the local residents to sign up for garden plots in the new Community Garden. Fees for the garden plots are $20 for a 20’ x 20’ plot and $10 for a 10’ x 10’ plot. A deposit of an equal amount is required and will be refunded in the fall if the gardens are maintained properly.

The Enfield Farmers' Market is held Wednesdays, 4pm – 7pm, from July 1st to Oct. 7th, at the Enfield Shaker Museum
Whaleback offers downhill skiing, ski instruction, and youth programs.
Outdoor Pursuits is a for-credit Mascoma High School class/multi season outdoor recreation program aimed at increasing student knowledge of outdoor recreation oppotunities available in the New England area. It also helps students develop skills for successful engagement in recreation, without a heavy emphasis on competition, in order to pursue lifetime activity. Units include Disc Golf, hiking, Bocce, croquet, winter recreation skills, ultimate frisbee, and other group games that are all played outside.
Fitness Experience is a for-credit Mascoma High School class designed to expose students to health and fitness concepts while using a group exercise format. The goal is to prepare them with skills to better use fitness resources such as the CCBA, UVAquatics Center, River Valley Club, and college group fitness classes after high school. Units include aerobics, walking for fitness (using the rail trail), Pilates, yoga, weight training for wellness, and other classes one may find in a fitness facility.
