Nutrition and Physical Activity Self Assessment (NAP SACC)
By September 2011, over 500 children in six early care centers have completed NAP SACC. These programs continue to improve their healthy environment through regular trainings and goal-setting as part of Healthy Changes in Early Care partnership.
New this fall is an evaluative study of NAP SACC in family day care homes. Healthy New Hampshire Foundation is supporting a pilot study of a modified version of NAP SACC which will make it even easier for small programs to enjoy.

Education Handouts from Trusted Sources:
There are many online sites that have published great 1+ page handouts for parents. Some excellent sites include
www.letsgo.org,
www.fruitsandveggiesmorematters.org, and
www.healthynh.org. Below are samples of some of the flyers available. In choosing educational flyers, remember that UV HEAL and other groups in NH will be widely promoting the 5210 wellness message in coming years, so when possible, we encourage you to use materials that use or closely follow the 5210 approach.
