Reach the Peak!

Week Four

The Upper Valley Healthy Eating Active Living Partnership (UV HEAL), your school, and the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, encourage all kids and families to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and to be active every day.  Reach the Peak is a fun game and a challenge to kids and their parents to eat fruits and vegetables as part of a healthy everyday lunch, a good step toward eating fruits and vegetables at least five times a day.  Reach the Peak is a voluntary game.  We hope you’ll join us for a month of healthy lunch fun!
